Working with TEP and Tony Gavilanes was a great experience. Tony and his crew provided 5-star service and professionalism all the way from helping us identify our AV needs, working creatively within our budget through to the technical support we needed the day of our event. Within a very tight turnaround time, they did independent research on our venue, were able to improvise on-site, and made an evening of art, architectural and academic presentations enjoyable and stress-free. They took care of everything and responded quickly and in detail to every question and constantly reflected our updates/changes. Their professionalism was key to coordinating and executing this complex event.
