What does TEP manage during an event?
We lead the full production ecosystem so you can stay focused on your program. Our Producers run point on client communication, Production Managers coordinate crews, vendors, and venue logistics, and Technical Directors ensure every technical system is designed and executed correctly. Your Show Caller manages cue flow, while Stage Managers handle talent and backstage transitions. Supported by engineers, operators, and stagehands, the entire team works in sync from load-in to final load-out.
