TEP has had the honor of producing the annual fundraising luncheon for Summit Assistance Dogs for the last two years in a row at the Hyatt, Bellevue.
The tight window to set up has up in the morning of the event, for an 11am go time. We get an IMAG live camera feed, graphics and video switched with live transcription of spoken words up on screen. For accessibility, this show is first rate. Sound is accomplished with a distributed powered speaker system and wireless microphones for presenter mobility. Captured and recorded for archive.
