FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITIES


POSITION TITLE

Production Assistant

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Monitoring the production process to resolve issues ahead of time.
  • Inputting and synchronizing information between systems. 
  • Documentation generation and communications.
  • Securing labor, equipment, and logistics for events.
  • Managing inventory system and gear movements.
  • Driving large vehicles, cargo vans, and box trucks. 
  • Working individually, autonomously, and in teams. 
  • Ensuring the production process goes smoothly. 
  • Opportunities for training, use of gear, and advancement.

POSITION SPECIFICS

  • Starting immediately
  • ~40 hrs/wk with variable hours scheduled in advance, otherwise M-F, 9am-5pm
  • 30-day contract, option to continue
  • Pay Rate: $24/hr paid twice monthly on the 3rd & 18th
  • PTO/Sick Leave (after 30 days): .054 hrs per hour worked
  • Mileage: $0.54/mile driven in employee vehicle

We are looking for a competent Production Assistant to support the administrative and operations of our events. TEP staff, managers, and crew count on up-to-date delivery of various crucial tasks, from organizing logistics, to documentation, communications, equipment, and onsite coordination. The position supports all aspects of events, working directly with show producers to accomplish the myriad of tasks and undertaking errands as assigned to execute flawless shows. High energy and commitment are essential to proving yourself and working your way up in this position. If you are a restless individual who can multitask, solve problems and do things proactively you will quickly become invaluable. The goal of this position is to ensure the production process runs smoothly and problem-free.

The position is a month-long training contract leading to a full-time position with TEP at 40 hours per week guaranteed. Night, weekend, and possible overnight hours will be supplemented with daytime office hours. Your schedule will fluctuate, it’s production! We offer Mileage Reimbursements when driving your own vehicle, and after 30 days PTO/Sick Leave starts accruing. We also encourage learning at all levels and personal use of company gear is encouraged! We’re looking for a candidate interested in long-term position, growth potential, management opportunities, and ground-level startup drive. 

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • 3+ years of events experience.
  • Passion for the production and events industry
  • Knowledge of industry terminology
  • Computer savvy, with knowledge of design software and multimedia a huge plus
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail synchronizing information across systems
  • A team player with great communication skills

Multimedia Specialist

 

POSITION DESCRIPTION

  • Manage, design, and create media for productions.
  • Processing and editing of various file types.
  • End-to-end filming and editing of video projects.
  • Image enhancement, compositing, and layout design.
  • Motion graphics and 3D modeling.
  • Website creation and content integrations.
  • Presentation formatting and content integrations. 
  • Opportunities for FT work and advancement. 

POSITION SPECIFICS

  • Contract work scheduled in Statements of Work (SOW).
  • Hours per project fluctuate based on project scope. 
  • Starting immediately.
  • Pay Rate: negotiable based on experience

TEP is creating a pool of Media Specialists that we can source on a project-by-project basis to further serve our clients. We intend on hiring contractors immediately with the goal of this position becoming a standard part of our business moving forward. By offering customized production of content and media, we not only raise the bar in production value for our clients, but we gain a better ability to control a successful outcome for them as well. Work will be performed remotely using systems and software owned by the contractor. Executing projects of all sizes, this position can work individually with the potential to be working in a team to accomplish complex asset management schedules. The ability to communicate timely and professionally with staff and clients is expected at all times. 

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience creating multimedia projects
  • Proficiency in video, graphics, sound, web, and presentation creation
  • Broad knowledge of the entire Adobe software suite 
  • Experience 3D modeling software is a huge plus
  • Programming experience is a huge plus
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
